Statement of Faith

Everything we create at BibleWithLife is grounded in the historic Christian faith. These are the theological convictions that shape every frame, every word, and every resource we produce.

BibleWithLife holds to the historic, orthodox Christian faith as expressed in the ancient creeds of the Church — the Apostles' Creed, the Nicene Creed, and the Chalcedonian Definition. We are non-denominational in our partnerships and interdenominational in our reach, but we are not theologically neutral. The articles below represent our convictions, held with humility and grounded in Scripture alone.

01

The Holy Scriptures

We believe the Bible — the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments — is the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God. Scripture is the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and practice. It is God-breathed, sufficient for salvation, and profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness.

2 Timothy 3:16–172 Peter 1:20–21Psalm 19:7–11
02

The Trinity

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three co-equal, co-eternal Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each Person is fully God, distinct in person but one in essence, nature, power, and glory. This is the historic faith of the Christian Church, affirmed in the Nicene Creed and the Athanasian Creed.

Matthew 28:192 Corinthians 13:14John 1:1–3John 14:16–17
03

Jesus Christ

We believe in the full deity and full humanity of Jesus Christ — the eternal Son of God, born of the Virgin Mary, who lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross as a substitutionary atonement for our sins, rose bodily from the dead on the third day, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return in power and glory to judge the living and the dead.

John 1:14Isaiah 7:141 Corinthians 15:3–4Acts 1:9–11Revelation 19:11–16
04

The Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity, who convicts the world of sin, regenerates believers, indwells and seals them at salvation, empowers them for holy living and ministry, and guides the Church into all truth. The Spirit illuminates Scripture and applies the work of Christ to the hearts of believers.

John 16:8–11Romans 8:9–11Ephesians 1:13–14John 14:26
05

Humanity and Sin

We believe that God created humanity — male and female — in His own image, for His glory and for relationship with Him. Through the fall of Adam, sin entered the world, and all people are born with a sinful nature, spiritually dead and separated from God. Every person is in need of redemption and is incapable of saving themselves.

Genesis 1:26–27Romans 3:23Romans 5:12Ephesians 2:1–3
06

Salvation

We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. It is not earned by works, merit, or religious observance, but is the free gift of God to all who repent and trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Justification is the legal declaration of righteousness before God, based entirely on the imputed righteousness of Christ.

Ephesians 2:8–9Romans 3:21–26John 3:16–18Titus 3:5–7
07

The Church

We believe in the universal Church — the body of Christ, composed of all who have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and united to Christ by faith. We also believe in the local church as the primary expression of that body: a community of baptized believers gathered for worship, teaching, fellowship, and mission. The local church is the primary context for Christian discipleship.

Matthew 16:18Ephesians 1:22–23Acts 2:42–47Hebrews 10:24–25
08

The Resurrection and Eternal Life

We believe in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ as the guarantee of the resurrection of all people. Those who have trusted in Christ will be raised to eternal life in the presence of God. Those who have rejected Christ will be raised to eternal judgment. We affirm the reality of heaven and hell as described in Scripture.

1 Corinthians 15:20–23John 5:28–29Revelation 20:11–15John 14:1–3
09

The Great Commission

We believe the Church is called to proclaim the Gospel to every nation, baptize believers, and make disciples. This commission is the animating purpose of BibleWithLife — to use every tool of cinematic storytelling to bring the Word of God to the ends of the earth, in a form that this generation can receive and respond to.

Matthew 28:18–20Acts 1:8Romans 10:14–15

We recognize that faithful Christians hold different views on secondary and tertiary theological questions — matters of eschatology, spiritual gifts, church governance, and worship style. On these questions, we seek to be a resource for the whole Church, not a voice for one tradition. On the foundational matters above, we hold firm.

If you have questions about our theological convictions or how they shape our content, we welcome the conversation.
